【林巧雁／台北報導】台幣午盤收29.966元兌1美元，升值3.6分，成交量為3.23億美元。外匯交易員說，韓元今天貶值3元，台幣也趨貶，雖然數字看起來是升值，但是實際成交價比昨天相比卻是趨貶，今天早上台幣匯率在29.960~29.975區間，昨天價位在29.940~29.960之間。

【施昂強／台北報導】藝人「秦楊」攻擊救護人員！今日凌晨3時許，北市消防局復興分隊在敦化南路2段201號前執行一名酒醉路倒民眾清創救護，警消到場發現路倒清創患者竟是藝人「秦楊」。
藝 人秦楊本名莊政博(43歲)由於額頭有2公分外傷及酒醉情形，在朋友的陪同之下上救護車前往國泰就醫，救醫途中秦楊酒醉情況嚴重，口中不時飆出三字經等不 雅字眼，一旁還不願配合救護同仁處理額頭傷口，還揮拳打傷救護員下體，導致林姓救護員下體疼痛挫傷，但最後救護人員還是先將藝人秦楊送往國泰醫院處理，事 後勤務結束到仁愛醫院作驗傷處理，再到派出所提出傷害及仿害公務告訴。
