【吳家翔╱台北報導】基隆市長張通榮因關說酒駕婦女案遭監院彈劾二度未過關，引起網友罵聲連連，有網友痛批「混蛋監察院」，更有諸多網友認為該廢除監察院，監察院長王建煊今與媒體茶敘時自爆，他昨天聽到彈劾沒過時，氣得非常不得了，心律不整毛病又犯了。王說，如果監察院不能伸張公平正義，監院關門會比較好，他還說，監察院連雞肋都不如，「食之無味，棄之有益」。
