| 軍人除病亡自然死 亡故統歸司法相驗

【胡守得／台北報導】法務部、國防部今天就《軍事審判法》修法施行後的偵查發動召開「檢察機關、軍事機關聯繫機制」會議，會中初步議定，為避免洪仲丘憾事再發生，現役軍人亡故，除了病故、自然死，衛生機關、醫院願意開死亡證明外，其餘一律歸由檢察機關相驗。

| 戒毒門診前賣毒 還提供計程車讓毒蟲施打毒品

【劉智維／高雄報導】高市警方上午查獲一起毒品案，警方發現嫌犯為了方便毒蟲買毒，大喇喇在醫院戒毒門診前營業，甚至為了方便毒蟲施用毒品，還提供計程車讓毒蟲「現買現用」。警方上午埋伏多時，趁毒蟲上車施用毒品時，一舉將涂姓嫌犯及3名在計程車內施毒的毒蟲逮捕，訊後依違反《毒品危害防治條例》移送法辦。
