| 訪福州 陳菊盼增兩市航班

（中央社記者陳守國福州14日電）率團在大陸訪問的高雄市長陳菊，今天拜訪福建省福州市長楊益民，邀請他參加亞太城市高峰會，並希望增加高雄與福州間航班。
陳菊與代表團今天下午到福州市拜訪楊益民，受到歡迎，國台辦聯絡局副局長王明鑑、福建台辦主任吳國盛也在場，陳菊邀請楊益民參加9月在高雄市舉辦的2013亞太城市高峰會，並強調也會安排楊益民想參訪的地方。

| 聯強上半年EPS 1.6元

（中央社記者羅秀文台北14日電）聯強國際今天公布半年報，上半年稅後盈餘新台幣25.4億元，年減15%，EPS1.6元。其中第2季EPS0.97元，較首季的0.63元成長54%。
聯強結算2013年第2季合併營收788億元，較去年同期的743億元成長6%。稅前淨利19.4億元，較去年同期的16.2億元增加20%。稅後盈餘15.4億元，較去年同期的13億元成長19%。以目前加權平均流通在外股本158億元計算，第2季每股稅後盈餘(EPS)0.97元，季增54%，年增18%。
