| 軍監首波移監新竹 1人提前報到

首波軍事受刑人移監行動，移往新竹監獄兩名受刑人，分別為涉搶奪案被判6年徒刑楊姓男子，和因涉強盜案被判無期徒刑呂姓男子。
二人原訂早上十點報到，其中涉及搶奪案被判6年楊姓受刑人，一早九點就在新竹第三分局與軍方人員戒護，提前到新竹監獄。

| 王建煊：在監院無力改革 只好拋問題

監察院兩度無法彈劾公開關說酒駕的基隆市長張通榮，監察院長王建煊上午接受中廣節目主持人蘭萱專訪時指出，基隆市長張通榮案，「法院有判刑」，監察院過去曾彈劾台東縣長鄺麗貞所謂假出國真報銷案，但法院後來判決鄺麗貞並無貪污嫌疑，而在張案遭法院判決後，監察院還這樣做！社會會有什麼想法？
他認為，有媒體批評監察院自閹、監察院是混蛋院等，他並不在乎媒體有壞批評，也不需隨媒體起舞，但若媒體講的是對的，講出人民心中的話，他身在監察院卻無力改革，他只好把問題丟出來讓大家好好來談。

| 67名軍囚 移監到雲林一監、二監

因軍事審判法修正，254名軍囚犯今天早上移監，其中67名分別送到雲林第一監獄和第二監獄，雲林第一監獄表示共收留34名，刑期最重為無期徒刑，而二監共收留33名，實際報到32人，另一人借提到到高等法院，刑期最長為18年，其中14名為性侵犯。獄方表示，一切按照程序辦理，一視同仁，中午的餐點三菜一湯。
