| 熟女視力惡化 竟是「骨癌」造成！

【張博亭／台北報導】一位30多歲的熟女右眼視力突然惡化，原以為是眼睛問題，到院檢查發現並不是遠視或近視，而是眼窩長了一顆3公分的骨肉瘤，收治患者的國泰醫院表示，俗稱「骨癌」的骨肉瘤，僅有1.6%至2%會發生於頭骨，像患者這樣位置剛好卡在眼窩上方，機率更只有1%，十分罕見，也是該醫院的第一例。

【吳苡辰／台北報導】根據《住展》雜誌統計，北台灣近年有4個指標熱門地區，推案量爆增，量增第1名地區為新北市五股區，推案量從2011年的39億元，成長至2012年的124億元，2013年7月已達318億元，預估至年底的推案量將達350億元，3年的推案量等於成長了8倍。

| 《軍審法》大移監243名軍犯 上午順利完成

【胡守得／台北報導】《軍事審判法》今天施行，適用第一階段修法的254名軍監受刑人，今天清晨分批移往台北、彰化等9處監所，實際移監人數243人，上午10時50分已全部由國防部派遣憲兵押解到各監所。
