《軍事審判法》修正通過後，目前全台僅存的軍事監獄國防部台南監獄在今（15）日清晨開始展開史上規模最大移監作業，分別將243名軍事受刑人移往全台11處監所；當囚車開出軍監「日新山莊」的那一刻，乘坐在囚車上的軍事受刑人再也忍不住興奮的情緒，不僅露出難得的笑容，還頻頻拍窗吶喊揮手比YA。
