【陳建緯／台北報導】北市北投區1名84歲林姓老翁，疑因身體不好，時常念說「不想活了」，今天中午他跨坐在住家5樓的女兒牆上企圖跳樓輕生，鄰居發現趕緊報警。救護人員到場緊急上樓，有人苦口婆心勸說，另一組人則將林翁抱下女兒牆送醫，結束這一起虛驚。

| 工研院：Q2 IC產業產值4800億元 估全年增14.4%

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】工研院IEK ITIS季報顯示，今年第2季台灣整體IC產業產值(含設計、製造、封裝、測試)達4800億元，較首季成長16.8%，年增14.5%。台灣IC設計業表現受惠於中國大陸低價智慧手持裝置與消費性電子產品需求暢旺帶動，較今年首季季增20.2%，為表現最佳者。
