【綜合報導】英國一名男子為了向女友求婚，招募了11位志願者，幫他在沙灘上寫巨型求婚文字，最後成功抱得美人歸。
英國SWNS網站報導，39歲電腦顧問柯蒂斯（Jeremy Curtis），為了安排驚喜求婚，經twitter與當地報紙招募11名素未謀面的志願者，合力在根西島一個沙灘上寫出工整的大字：「Jen, will you marry me?」（珍，嫁給我好嗎？）

【黃馨儀／台北報導】今年10月電價調漲勢在必行，全國商業總會理事長張平沼今早出席「2013第4屆兩岸競爭力論壇」時呼籲，因2013年景氣尚未完全復甦，建議電價應分兩年調漲，讓企業有更多調適空間。經濟部長張家祝下午召開業務會報前也表示，經濟部已研究很久、且提出許多方案，雖仍未決定，但就是秉持基本民生用電負擔降低、節能減碳等兩原則。
