| 軍監移普通監獄 3人被退回軍監

台南軍監移監今天有三人被退回軍監。今天從軍監移監的其中三人原定移送台南監獄、台南看守所及雲林一監的軍囚，經台南、雲林地檢署檢察官核對資料，認定應屬第二階段移交對象，監獄決定拒收，原車送回軍監，因此今天只有二百四十名軍囚移交普通監獄。

| 8名軍事犯移監至高雄二監

今天下午4點左右，從台南軍事監獄移監到法務部矯正署高雄第二監獄的軍事犯有8人，二監副典獄長鐘仁貴表示，8名軍事犯目前還在辦理新收手續，由台南軍事監獄的藍色囚服轉換為法務部的囚服，「相信他們換了囚服後，心情也能馬上轉變」。
