| 第一階段軍法移轉司法機關作業順利執行完畢

（軍聞社記者陳映竹臺北十五日電）國防部今天表示，因應軍事審判法修正條文公布施行，各軍事法院、軍事檢察署及軍事監獄於今日執行第一階段案卷及受刑人移轉司法機關作業，已於下午二時全部順利執行完畢。
國防部指出，在監受刑人移送部分，今天共移出二百四十三人，受刑人事前已由法務部矯正署以戶籍地區分，分別移交臺北監獄等九處監獄，移監於清晨六時許開始作業，共區分十四條路線行進，動用各式警備車八十六輛，投入憲、警人力計五百六十六人，辦理接收的司法監獄，均已完成接收作業；另有關「洪仲丘案」，已依事前協商結論，由原繫屬的高等軍事法院、北部地方軍事法院，併案移送臺灣桃園地方法院繼續審判。
