【綜合報導】澳洲駐台代表處1名官員飼養的混種犬班吉，因中風癱瘓又年紀大，送到獸醫院執行安樂死，楊姓獸醫於心不忍，救治老狗帶回家養，班吉卻忠心戀家，出走想回老家，流浪1周後目前安置在動物之家；原飼主控告獸醫詐欺。

【林世雄／台中報導】針對桃園法院抽中兩名年輕的女性法官，成為洪仲丘案的承審法官一事，洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸說，「並不會法官年紀因為比較年輕，辦案就會比較沒有辦法！」，反而她覺得年輕法官的包袱愈少，受制於人的情形就愈小，希望法官可以拿出他的熱情與正義來偵辦洪案，「我對她們有信心！」。
