| 民進黨支持監院虛級化 倡先凍預算

監察院長王建煊日前撂下重話，表示若監察院不能伸張公平正義，不如關掉。民進黨發言人林俊憲今天(16日)表示，民進黨支持推動修憲廢除監察院，在修憲之前，可以先凍結監察院的預算，將監察院虛級化。
監察院長王建煊日前與媒體茶敘，對基隆市長張通榮被控關說酒駕案2度彈劾不過表示氣憤，他還說，「監察院若不能伸張公平正義，關門會比較好」。王建煊的言論引發監委不滿，發表聯合聲明譴責。
