2歲男童埋屍汐止公墓，事隔10年，骨骸幾乎爛光，警方DNA鑑識困難，目前很難釐清死因，邱姓男童的生父母未婚，2人原本在酒店工作，靠擺燒烤攤賺外快，母親供稱，做完生意回家小睡片刻後，發現孩子死了，但警方認為不單純，因為男童有個「同母異父」的哥哥，曾有被虐待的紀錄，而且他們無心，也沒錢照顧小孩，出門上班就把孩子用鐵鍊或布條綁在桌椅上，回家再餵食，而浴缸就是嬰兒床，也沒幫孩子取名，當然連一張照片都沒有，男童生前處境堪憐。
孩子死了，身為父親的黃姓男子，臉上沒有愁容，被檢方傳喚複訊，態度還有點輕蔑。男童埋屍案，生父被依殺人、過失殺人和遺棄屍體罪函送法辦，而邱姓生母則因吸毒入獄服刑，2人都無法交代，10年前孩子是怎麼死的。
