| 老農已入土 官竟強挖墳焚屍

安徽涇縣農民老人程朝穆日前在土葬後，墳墓被公務人員強行挖開，棺槨被澆柴油燒成灰燼。焚屍行為引發激烈衝突。死者女兒程銀珠稱中國傳統是入土為安，他們侮辱了死者，也侮辱了活著的人。涇縣民政局長則解釋稱，將老人墳墓扒開，屍體現場火化是按規定進行。
安徽電視台報導，現在在程朝穆墓地現場，敞開的墓穴四壁都是被火燒過的痕跡，棺木已經化為灰燼。程朝穆的女兒程銀珠表示，程朝穆是13日去世，16日早上6時30分下葬，隨後收到當地民政部門的責令限期改正通知書。通知書要求他們在18日0時前起屍火化，否則將強制起屍火化。
