| 狂犬病導致遺棄潮 動物救援小組救回爛皮狗

【鄭敏玲／台中報導】只要是生命，通通不放棄! 台灣動物緊急救援小組今日接獲民眾通報，緊急前往苗栗縣苑裡鎮房裡里附近救回一隻全身有百分之九十以上皮膚爛光出血的流浪「爛皮狗」，資深志工倪京台說，這隻流浪狗幾乎全身皮膚潰爛、出血，神情痛苦不堪，「真的從來沒看過這麼慘的!」上午已經緊急安排在台中動物醫院進行治療，不少網友也在網路為牠集氣祈福。救援小組志工也表示狂犬病疫情導致不少寵物遭到飼主遺棄，呼籲民眾若無力飼養可找相關單位協助，不要隨意拋棄。
