【生活中心／台北報導】台灣農村陣線今晚在凱達格蘭大道舉辦「818拆政府行動－把國家還給人民」晚會，現場群眾高唱完《你敢有聽著我的歌》和安可曲《美麗島》後，現場情緒沸騰。台灣農村陣線發起要現場民眾一起步行到行政院，並提醒民眾要守秩序，目前群眾正在緩步移動從府前到行政院的途中，擬在行政院前靜坐希望院長江宜樺出面。

| 萬人集凱道要修法 內政部：土徵條例非惡法

【綜合報導】「818拆政府行動把國家還給人民」晚會在凱達格蘭大道展開，提出地歸原主、立即修改土地徵收條例等訴求。內政部晚間發布新聞稿表示，土地徵收條例去年1月修正公布，已納入民間團體先前所提建議，充分保障民眾權益，絕非惡法。內政部也強調，苗栗縣政府拆遷地上物，是依相關法規及權責辦理，內政部尊重地方政府職權。
