【王烱華／台北報導】行政院軍事冤案申訴委員會即將在月底掛牌運作，台聯立委許智傑上午率多位受難者家屬到行政院抗議，要求政院更改軍冤會設置要點，但接見陳情的行政院外交暨國防委員會副處長張洪鈞強調，軍冤會掛牌前將無法更改設置要點，許智傑與家屬均強調，不排除在軍冤會掛牌當天，到會場前抗議。

【施春美／台北報導】行政院消保處首度抽檢21件市售兒童雨衣塑化劑及鉛含量，今公佈結果，檢驗塑化劑、可遷移元素含量及標示，僅3件合格，18件商品標示、鉛或塑化劑含量超標，不合格率逾85%，檢驗結果連消保處也驚訝。21件有15件塑化劑超標，其中10件超標2百倍；2件鉛遷移性超標；售價高達1180元的Bonita Kid's雙層雨衣塑化劑含量也達26.7%。
