| 綠營將修土徵條例

聲援苗栗大埔案的民間團體要求修改「土地徵收條例」，民進黨團幹事長高志鵬說，前年民進黨團曾根據農陣與學者意見，提出土徵條例修正草案，納入正當性、公益性等評估機制，以及人民參與的聽證機制，但卻屢遭國民黨否決。民進黨現將再度連署提案，列入下會期優先法案。

| 廖本全：讓土徵成為最迫不得以的手段

台北大學不動產與城鄉系教授廖本全表示，都市開發與不當徵收，背後是「土地徵收條例」制度的扭曲。民間版提出以正當程序釐清公益性、必要性，遏止浮濫徵收；合理補償則以專業估價師估計，取代地方政府評估，才能避免球員兼裁判。
廖本全表示，透過正當程序才能讓土徵成為「最迫不得以的手段」，現行土地徵收多提出「創造的產值」卻忘了計算「犧牲成本」，公共利益是「從哪犧牲」、「進了誰的口袋」。
