【張勵德／台北報導】潭美颱風步步逼近，中央氣象局今晚8時30分發布陸上颱風警報，陸上警戒區域包括宜蘭、台北、新北、花蓮及基隆地區。不過氣象局在警報中特別提醒，受到颱風及外圍環流影響，除了上述警戒區域外，包括桃園、新竹、苗栗、台中、南投、雲林、嘉義、台南、高雄及屏東都可能出現超大豪雨，另外，基隆、新竹市、彰化、嘉義市、花蓮及台東可能有大豪雨發生，民眾要嚴防豪雨成災。
