【李姿慧／台北報導】配合北北基剛宣布明天停班停課，國道北部4收費站明天也停收通行費，高公局表示，國1的汐止、泰山收費站，和國3的七堵、樹林收費站明天全天暫停收費，其他收費站則照常收費。

【李卉婷／屏東報導】屏東縣恆春鎮中元節重頭戲搶孤活動，不畏颱風來襲照常舉辦。恆春豎孤棚活動，今年以「恆春搶搶滾」為主題，為了慶祝恆春城隍爺找到「新居」，踩街嘉年華正名為「城隍爺夜巡」，晚會有吳申梅、許富凱及郭婷筠等人藝人接連開唱。恆春鎮長葉明順說：「恆春的城隍爺，ㄧ定會保佑活動順利進行。」

| 大雨襲 三峽紫和路落石坍方

【莊淇鈞／新北報導】颱風來臨前夕山區大雨不斷造成落石坍方阻礙通行，今天晚上8時許在三峽區紫和路45號前發生邊坡坍方，面積長約3公尺寬1公尺高1公尺，目前僅機車可通行，相關單位已前往搶救。
