【陳嘉恩／台北報導】中央氣象局凌晨2時30分持續發布海上陸上颱風警報，輕颱潭美今天凌晨2時已從馬祖西南方進入中國福建，繼續向西移動，氣象局剛剛解除台灣本島陸上警報，但金門和馬祖目前仍籠罩在暴風圈內，持續發布陸上警報，需嚴防強風豪雨，而台灣北部和中南部雨量也仍在持續增加中，氣象局也持續發布超大豪雨特報。
