【綜合報導】中央氣象局預報中心簡任技正伍婉華今早指出，輕颱潭美離台，但因其外圍環流雲帶移入，又吹西南風，中南部嚴防大豪雨，清晨至目前，台中已有大豪雨，以南至屏東等地區也都有豪雨，預估今天明顯降雨區域在新竹以南地區，均有豪雨、大豪雨，甚至接近超大豪雨的可能。
氣象局指出，受潭美颱風及其外圍環流影響，昨天起台灣西半部地區及東北部山區有大豪雨或超大豪雨，東北部地區及花蓮山區、台東山區及澎湖、金門、馬祖有豪雨或大豪雨，花蓮及臺東地區有大雨或豪雨發生的機率，請注意坍方、落石、土石流及山洪爆發，低窪地區請慎防淹水。
