| 賴清德北上報告南鐵案 和李鴻源擦身過

因為苗栗大埔案延伸台南鐵路案，內政部長李鴻源意外槓上台南市長賴清德，引發賴強烈反彈，原本兩人將在今天行政院會碰頭，但李鴻源今天留守災害應變中心，並未出席行政院會，也無緣和學長賴清德當面溝通，出席代打的內政部次長蕭家淇表示，行政院會相當平和，賴清德三度清楚表示台南市政府對南鐵案的立場，蕭家淇也做出回應，並點出歷年來全國區段徵收共95處，影響4132公頃，已取得的公共設施用地為3550公頃，若這些土地都要依靠一般徵收，則需耗費上兆元，目前政府財源無力負擔，將影響地方建設。
