| 財金首長：房市資金會流向股市

台股明天封關行情是否有機會上看8600點？金管會主委曾銘宗表示，對近期股市相當樂觀，至於會到多少點，因非分析師，就不便說會到幾點，不過明年1月6日現股當沖開始實施後，對台股交易量有幫助；財政部長張盛和則對台股站上8600點，認為「可以樂觀期待」；兩位財金部會首長認為房市報酬率已高，房市資金會流向股市，加上各界對明年經濟景氣正面期待，樂觀明年台股發展。
張盛和指出，房市報酬率已達高原期，明年將會有部分資金轉移到股市，所以股市表現將會轉好。曾銘宗看法也一樣，他說，資金明年將會從房市轉到股市，股市會逐步回穩，而大戶也會慢慢回籠。立法院財委會今日進行「國有土地以設定地上權方式開發之政策及相關制度檢討」專案報告。立委薛凌詢問，房地產資金是否會流向股市？

台灣證券交易所統計指出，上周(102/12/23至102/12/27)外資在集中市場總買進金額為440億元，總賣出金額為361.09億元，累計買超為78.91億元，另統計自102年年初至12月27日止，外資總買進金額為4兆9270.94億元，總賣出金額為4兆6975.68億元，累計買超為2295.26億元。其中，外資上周自集中市場賣超最多的公司是台積電，買進2792.6萬股，賣出4481.8萬股，賣超1.69萬張。買超第一名為聯電，買進3775.2萬股，賣出1908.2萬股，買超1.87萬張。
