〔自由時報記者盧賢秀／基隆報導〕基隆市研究設性專區？市議會議員說「不必了」！多數議員認為性產業不會帶動觀光效益，只會讓人瞧不起，根本是項錯誤政策，議會決議請市府就此打住，立即終止性專區可行性研究。
