| 建台水泥公告 高雄85大樓已法拍

【劉曉霞／台北報導】建台水泥(1107)今天上午公告，85大樓百貨樓層昨(22)日經高雄地方法院強制執行拍賣標售，債權人是三禾資產管理公司。三禾資產負責人是年代董事長練台生、三立電視董事長林崑海，這是練台生今年出手買下壹電視後，再受注目的投資案件。
練台生和林崑海以45.37億元買下85大樓百貨樓層，建物面積共3.1萬多坪，被外界視為養房意味濃厚，不排除是為整合85大樓鋪路。這是練台生和林崑海再度出收手收購85大樓，兩人先前曾以46億元買下建台85%的債權。
