【黃哲民／新北報導】今年4月涉犯高鐵炸彈案的律師胡宗賢至今被羈押禁見，押期將於下月7日到期。他上午被提訊到新北地方法院出庭，要求法官准他交保，並說自己在台中、新竹和台北還有別的案件要開庭，「叫看守所每次出動人車護送我出庭，這樣會不會太浪費公帑？」

【何哲欣／台北報導】苗栗縣長劉政鴻上午北上立法院舉行記者會，他要求縣府地政處長陳斌山再向外界簡報大埔案處理情形。陳斌山說，劉政鴻家在1979年就辦保存登記，屬原位置保留，沒有抽籤配地問題，但保留也僅2.04倍，是全部27戶中倒數第2低；另外縣長位在後龍新港的老家，不符合《土地徵收條例》規定的部分，共計69.44坪，均已拆除。

| 下周油價再漲0.2元 創近半年新高

【王玉樹／台北報導】下周油價將創半年來新高！由於歐陸經濟數據表現亮眼，本周中東指標原油均價走升到每桶108.19美元，依據浮動油價機制，推估中油下周一將調高汽柴油價每公升0.2元。調漲後95無鉛汽油每公升新價將衝到35.5元，創下近半年來最高價。這也是油價2連漲，2個月來第6漲。
