| 胖達人添香精 涉廣告不實 可罰20萬

知名麵包店「胖達人」，遭網友踢爆，產品標榜天然酵母，其實卻添加人工香精，台北市衛生局前往「胖達人」敦南店，稽查店家使用的食品添加物，發現店家使用的食材，的確包括人工香料，與店家標榜的天然不符，已經涉及廣告不實，可處四到二十萬元不等罰款。北市消保官表示，由於胖達人涉及廣告不實，消費者可以持發票或信用卡簽單等購買證明，要求退費。(林麗玉報導)

【張麗娜／台北報導】民進黨今天舉行8年執政研討會，首場以經濟為討論主題，由前經建會主委陳博志擔任發表人，財金文化董事長謝金河以與談人身分出席。謝金河與談時說，民進黨無力面對馬政府施政的問題，如果國民黨很爛，但民進黨也沒有想法，選民對民進黨也會很失望，他也認為民進黨內少了像國民黨前立委邱毅這樣的人，把執政黨不好的地方放大。蘇貞昌稍後回應表示：「邱毅現象不值得鼓勵，但確實民進黨火力確實要加強。」
