| 雨勢持續 大台北地區提升為大豪雨特報

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】中央氣象局剛剛發布豪雨特報，把大台北地區的特報等級提升為「大豪雨」，代表24小時累積雨量可能達200毫米以上。目前列入大豪雨的區域包括基隆市、新北市、台北市、台南市、高雄市、屏東縣。
氣象局提醒，今天西南風持續影響，中南部、北部、東南部地區、東北部山區及澎湖也有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率。民眾要特別注意瞬間大雨、雷擊、強陣風；連日降雨，山區請慎防坍方、落石、土石流及溪水暴漲，並請避免前往山區活動；低窪地區請慎防淹水。

| 自殺攻擊再現 敘利亞餐廳10死21傷

【綜合報導】敍利亞北部大城阿勒波(Aleppo)，當地時間今天上午發生自殺炸彈襲擊，造成10死21傷，死者中有一名親政府的當地電視台記者。
當地媒體報導指出，一名自殺式襲擊者在腰帶上綁著炸彈，走進一家餐廳後引爆，餐廳內當時正在為一名高中生畢業舉辦派對，死傷慘重，但仍不知襲擊的目的，也沒有組織出面承認責任。
