【大紀元2013年08月24日訊】（大紀元記者萬君編譯報導）在美國，信用分數可決定一個人的財務未來。它不僅可確定您是否擁有良好的信譽以獲得信用卡賬戶、抵押貸款、租公寓或汽車貸款，而且也對您的貸款利率起著舉足輕重的作用。
CNN金錢網站報導，智慧信用網站（SmartCredit.com）的消費者教育總監約翰．尤哲米爾表示，信用分數有很多種，但最常見的是您的FICO分數，範圍從300到850不等。780或以上的分數被認為是優秀的分數，將保證您獲得最優惠的價格，而720至780之間也很好，但可能不足以使您獲得最優惠的價格。
680到720之間的信用分數可以使您獲得信貸，但不可能有資格獲得最優惠的利率，而680或更低的分數將會使貸款很難得到批准，同時您的貸款利率將出奇的高。
