| 疑河道疏濬不當 老婦芒果園遭沖毀

【李卉婷／屏東報導】屏東縣枋寮鄉與枋山鄉交界處的率芒溪下游，疑似日前進行河道疏濬工程疏失，加上潭美颱風連日大雨，昨晚9時溪水流向改道，泥水滾滾衝向河道左側，造成堤防崩塌，造成85歲老農黃柯日芒果園遭沖毀，老婦接獲通知趕緊，請人通報屏東縣政府水利處前往放置消波塊緩和水量，黃婦無奈說，這片果園是跟去世的先生一生的心血，種植40年，從未發生過這樣的事情，初步估計損失近百萬。
黃婦女兒直指，「人禍！」河道疏濬工程沒有經過審慎評估，才會造成人民損失。屏東縣政府水利處長謝勝信則澄清，潭美颱風帶來大雨，上游水量豐沛流向下游，堤防老舊才會遭沖毀，崩塌意外與疏濬無關，承諾在水量回穩後就會進行堤防整修工程。
