【張欽／台北報導】台北地院明天續審扁被控侵占機密公文案，扁雖請假獲准，但他仍希望法院能停止審判，此外合議庭原選任台北榮總醫師周元華出任扁的鑑定人，但遭榮總以院方名義拒絕，再加上合議庭傳喚周出庭說明周卻無故未到，合議庭一度要裁罰周3萬元，昨天突然因故臨時喊卡。
