【陳世河／台中報導】國小開學在即，台中慈濟醫院身心科醫師蕭亦伶表示，小孩小學後如果需老師一直提醒班級規範，或者成績起伏很大、常與人發生人際衝突，就可能有「注意力不足過動症」。蕭亦伶說，「注意力不足過動症」因天生腦部內分泌系統多巴胺分泌不穩定引起，具有遺傳性，在國內發生率約百分之八，研究顯示男生發生比例稍高於女生，這與小男生因坐不住、愛講話，會捉弄其它同學有關。

【蔡亞樺／台北報導】台北市長郝龍斌今日主持市政會議，對近日衛生局、法務局及勞動局處理パン達人事件及保護消費者權益方面，予以肯定，郝龍斌說，民眾十分重視食品添加物的成分，食品安全及食品誠實標示是保障消費者「知的權利」最基本的原則，因應中秋節將至，郝指示將月餅、糕點列為重要查察項目，並主動宣導食品衛生安全，以滿足消費者知的權利。
