【賴又嘉／台北報導】士林地院審理八里雙屍案進入辯論階段，下午由公訴檢察官論告，檢察官根據鑑定報告，指死者陳進福、張翠萍身上多處刀傷，認定謝依涵下手極狠，殺意甚堅。此外，檢方並當庭播放謝依涵多次戴假髮、墨鏡，並穿著不合身的格子外套喬裝成張翠萍，到銀行、農會盜領存款及盜開保管箱的畫面。
