| 調查：企業外派 應屆畢生僅2％願赴中國

【大紀元2013年08月27日訊】全球性會計事務所普華永道(PwC)預測，企業為實現擴展業務的雄心，派駐海外崗位的員工人數在今後10年將增加50%。但要把合適且有意願的員工派到合適的地點似乎越來越難。
普華永道分析了全球72個國家800家公司的數據，以及此前對應屆畢業生的調研結果顯示，超過三分之二的應屆畢業生願意到海外工作，但只有2%願意去中國大陸。與此形成對比的是，58%的人願意去美國，48%的人願意去英國，39%的人願意去澳大利亞。
《金融時報》報導，普華永道英國國際外派服務部門負責人斯塔賓斯(Carol Stubbings)表示，許多企業正面臨一個現實：在某些地方業務沒有合適的人才，將不利於實現全球增長雄心。
