| 康芮雖是「禿頭颱」 但學者籲防災皮要繃緊

【張勵德／台北報導】康芮颱風本周一生成後，原本各國預期都是從台灣東部外海北上遠離，直接影響陸地機率不大，連氣象局昨天都預估發陸上警報機率小，但從今天凌晨開始康芮路徑卻持續偏西移動，令不少預測單位跌破眼鏡，紛紛開始修正路徑預報。中央大學大氣系教授吳德榮表示，這是因為颱風中心逐漸重組後，才導致康芮開始偏西移動。
