【大紀元2013年08月28日訊】（大紀元記者方曉報導）8月28日，李天一等5人涉嫌輪姦案在北京海淀法院不公開開庭審理。夢鴿親自到場，李雙江未現身。李天一當庭否認與被害人發生性關係、否認毆打被害人。另一名被告魏某承認在車上李天一打了受害人幾個耳光，導致夢鴿當庭發火，與魏某律師發生爭執。而受害人因身體原因未到庭。據悉，法院29日會繼續庭審。

李天一當庭否認強姦 否認毆打受害人

8月28日上午9時30分，李天一等5人涉嫌輪姦一案在北京海淀法院進行開庭審理。據《新京報》消息，上午庭審共計訊問了三名被告人，李天一當庭不承認毆打不承認發生性關係，稱其喝醉了都不知道。證人張某（事發時酒吧人員）還未出庭。

富邦新興亞洲高成長基金經理人江衍德表示，東協國家不僅經濟體質及企業獲利性相對佳，未來更有人口紅利、基礎建設與消費這三支腳來支撐其經濟成長。

江衍德指出，根據2013-2014年企業獲利預估，亞洲企業的表現普遍仍有兩位數的成長，因此預期仍有提升的成長空間，尤其印尼、泰國、中國成長空間相對看好。
