【張勵德／台北報導】康芮颱風持續北上，為南部帶來超大豪雨的環流也跟著北上，中部地區已經出現顯著雨勢，到上午10時為止，南投鳳凰時雨量達95.5毫米，南投大鞍時雨量也有60毫米，雨量快速累積；嘉義、台南、高雄的雨量也持續累積中，目前累積雨量最大的地方仍是屏東大漢山，累積雨量達500毫米。
