【孫友廉／新北報導】田姓女子的葉姓會計師丈夫去年6月過世，同年10月卻有劉姓女子向她及兩個兒子，提出返還借款訴訟。開庭時劉女承認是小三，自2007年4月就跟已婚的葉男交往，交往期間借錢給葉男，因此要求繼承葉男遺產的田女及兩兒子返還借款。田女才知丈夫出軌，認為劉女破壞婚姻的美好回憶，讓她蒙受背叛的痛苦，要求劉女賠償100萬元。
