| 偷拖鞋藏袈裟被逮 和尚竊盜罪被訴

【呂志明／台北報導】61歲的吳姓男子，今年7月29日剃著光頭穿著袈裟，在台北市萬華區的龍山寺化緣，順便到附近商店買東西時，竟起了貪念，隨手將賣場內一雙價值99元的拖鞋，偷偷放入袈裟內。
當吳男準備離開商店時，巡邏警員恰好行經商店門口，發現吳男行跡可疑上前盤查，並在其袈裟內查到尚未結帳的拖鞋，因此將他逮捕歸案。台北地檢署今天偵結，依竊罪將這名和尚起訴。
