近日爆發食安事件引起社會重新檢視種種食管問題，消基會發出新聞稿呼籲，政府應比照《公平交易法》修法《食管法》、《糧管法》解決輕罰問題，以嚇阻民生詐欺事件，並且衛生單位應加強不定時抽查，並落實查核管理制度。

| 康芮挾豪雨 千戶尚待復電

康芮颱風挾帶豪雨，造成南台灣淹大水，1612戶仍然停電尚待修復，台電指出，尚未復電地區主要集中在高雄，因山路崩踏中斷，工程人員無法進入搶修，共1318戶受到影響；雲林、嘉義也因位於地下室的配電設備泡水故障，分別有225戶以及180戶停電；桃園46戶。台電估計，今日「可掌握」地區能夠復電完畢，但道路中斷則須等搶通後才有辦法進入施工。
