| 台灣人到底幸不幸福？ 知足最重要

針對日前主計處公佈台灣人民幸福指數，位居亞洲第一名，但是中華徵信所公佈民間版的幸福指數，而發現台灣人幸福度遠遠落後亞洲各國，只贏過中國大陸。台灣人到底幸不幸福？長期住在美國、大陸的前天下雜誌總主筆楊艾俐受訪時表示，台灣人若是能知足，就能體會台灣的美好。環球經濟社社長林建山則指出，有前景與盼望，才能讓人民感到幸福。至於電影《賽德克．巴萊》中飾演莫那魯道的牧師林慶台則認為，能夠付出愛就是幸福。
主計長石素梅日前指出，台灣的的幸福指數與其它OECD（經濟合作發展組織）國家比較之下，「居住條件」、「所得與財富」及「工作與收入」3個領域均進入前10名；「人身安全」居第3名為最佳。但民間認為，最幸福的領域是國民年金與免簽證國家增加133個。

| 颱風假新主張 日後彈性補上班

最近各縣市常因為是否放颱風假而迭生民怨；南投縣代理縣長陳志清今天說，放颱風假其實可採彈性上班。只要列入颱風陸上警戒區就放假，然後再看當天實際的風勢和雨量，是否已達放假標準，若未達標準則在颱風過後的第二個星期周休日補上班。他說，平日國訂假日都可彈性休假了，放颱風假有何不可。
