 北市8月房市移轉棟數暴跌32% 奢侈稅政策不定恐持續震盪

台北市地政局今(2)日公布8月台北市買賣移轉棟數2734棟，跌破3000大關，月減32.38%、年減17.58%，是今年2月以來的次低量，雖然中山區和內湖區仍分居1、2名，但移轉量明顯萎縮，其中內湖萎縮幅度高達51.06%，可說是腰斬，住商不動產企劃研究室主任徐佳馨認為，主因為農曆7月前不少建商和買方提前在上月過戶，不過，在奢侈稅政策擺盪不定下，台北房市恐得持續面臨震盪，預估在政策塵埃落定後才會有較穩定的表現。
