復華投信獨家贊助台灣好基金會，11月2、3日於台東池上舉行「2013年池上秋收稻穗藝術節」雲門舞集表演，以善盡企業社會責任。 復華總經理周輝啟昨（2）日表示，復華董事長杜俊雄是台東子弟，除對家鄉持續關懷，也大量採購池上米送給復華投信客戶，並多次支持藝術家創作計劃。復華更進一步獨家贊助今年池上秋收稻穗藝術節，希望在地表演藝術能傳承下去，讓民眾更深刻了解這塊土地人文風采與生機。 周輝啟指出，一個國家或經濟體的社會經濟發展若達一定規模，未來要轉型發展，文化將扮演關鍵角色之一。除政府積極投入外，民間力量的參與非常重要，戮力整合鄉鎮資源、打造美好台灣的台灣好基金會舉辦「2013池上秋收稻穗藝術節」，正是民間團體與社會企業共同參與，建立美好鄉鎮文化展現。
