一名光電公司的董事長，與一名銀行理專因長年業務往來，2人私下暗通款曲。不但多次發生性關係，甚至男子還將過程記載於記事本上。之後董座的癌妻發現，女理專竟然當面嗆元配，甚至還找人恐嚇。事後女子被依通姦、洩密和恐嚇判刑8個月、董座則是通姦被判5個月。
