〔自由時報記者李宇欣、林詩萍／台北報導〕國內油價持續攀升引發民怨，民進黨立委林佳龍昨根據立法院預算中心最新出爐的報告，發現中油內部的煉製廠閒置產能，導致過多的折舊損失，且中油十一年來花費十九．四億元在國內海域進行探勘，竟然沒有任何斬獲，批評中油尚未完成內部改革，只知在民眾身上「揩油」，要求中油在改革完成前必須凍漲油價，否則不排除杯葛中油預算。
