【呂志明／台北報導】檢調偵辦台北雙子星大樓聯合開發弊案，查出太極雙星團隊沒有足夠資力承作高達700億的開發案，卻利用借牌圍標方式取得優先議約權，而當時兼任評選委員的台北市政府財政局長邱大展，明知太極雙星投標文件不實，竟協助掩飾犯行，今被依背信罪起訴。
北檢痛批邱大展＜明知太極雙星團隊的開發建議書及評選簡報等投標文件不實，卻包庇犯行，甚至與太極雙星發言人王佑仁私下商議如何繼續隱瞞日本森大廈公司未簽約同意擔任顧問等弊端，致市府無法第一時間做出正確決定，嚴重影響北市政威信與聲譽，建請法院從重量刑。
