【呂志明／台北報導】檢調偵辦台北雙子星大樓聯合開發弊案，查出太極雙星團隊沒有足夠資力承作高達700億的開發案，卻利用借牌圍標方式取得優先議約權，而當時兼任評選委員的台北市政府財政局長邱大展，明知太極雙星投標文件不實，竟協助掩飾犯行，今被依背信罪起訴。
