《 真三國血戰》提供了三種標準職業： 「猛將」、「飛羽」、「謀士」，還能玩家也能自行決定職業性別。「猛將」在血量及攻擊力上具有絕對優勢，「飛羽」則是高攻擊、高爆擊的輸出行角色，「謀士」能使用各種強力法術，進行單體秒殺、群體傷害、控制敵軍等等。
