【張勵德／台北報導】今年夏季北台灣高溫情況明顯，氣象局預報中心主任鄭明典今在臉書貼文指出，統計台北站今年6到8月，日高溫超過攝氏35度的天數達41天，遠高於氣候平均值的25.6天，且自2001年起，這已是連續13年超過平均值，「所以說，台北夏季感覺越來越熱，對大部分長時間居住在台北的居民來說，這個熱的感覺是正確的。」

| 受刑人藏槍肛門內 獄友檢舉遭逮

【綜合報導】美國堪薩斯州33歲男子瓦拉德斯(Mark Gregory Valadez)因為犯罪須入監服刑，周日(1日)他被移送到奧克拉荷馬州監獄時，竟然將一把上膛的小型手槍塞進自己的肛門，成功闖關將槍帶進監獄，但沒多久就因為他在獄中向其他囚犯「炫耀」自己的成就，隨即遭到檢舉，手槍和子彈立刻遭查獲沒收，獄警也發現他因為「塞槍」，肛門與直腸都受了傷，將他送醫治療。
